Animal Flow is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement.

Burn N Shed™ Intro To Pole Strength w/ Derek

Instructional exercises to build strength and conditions the body to perform a pole strength move such as a Human Flag or a Hold Knee Tuck. Various moves are taught from class to class. You don’t want to miss this one!

Groov3 w/ Jennifer

GROOV3 is a choreographed, combination of hip-hop, funk, pop and groove. A non-stop dance party with a Live DJ every Friday night! GROOV3’s mission is to inspire change and build communities through the power of dance. Groov3 is definitely for everyone!

Rahyz Cary Fitness – Street Movement Class w/ Jay

Rahyz Cary Fitness is an Urban Street Movement class based on pursuit and escape led by an American Parkour athlete. Ages 7 and up.

Burn N Shed™ Kidz Jam w/ Hector

Kidz Jam teaches and encourages kids the freedom of creative expression by adding their style to the movements while jamming to the best music. Ages 4-6. 

Burn N Shed™ Kidz Hip-Hop w/ Hector

Students will learn Hip-Hop choreography, style, technique and skills to enhance their movements while having a ton of fun! Ages 7-12.
