FIRST WEEK is TOUGH!
If you’re not use to eating more than a meal or two a day, you are going to have to force yourself to eat and train your body how and when to eat again. You should always eat BEFORE you are hungry and you should never BE hungry.

SECOND WEEK
Your body will WANT to eat every couple of hours and by now, you should see an increase in your metabolism and should have no problem using the bathroom. (IF that is something you had an issue with in the past)

THIRD WEEK
You will be feeling proud for starting the plan and staying strong to sticking with it. Feels rewarding.

FOURTH WEEK
You will start to feel like this is normal. Your taste buds will have changed and results will show. You should feel like you want to continue eating healthy EVEN when you go out to eat with friends.
